Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Please note that all orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased from KHAM, including unworn items, except for undershirts which may be refunded within 14 days.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
To maintain hygiene standards, please be aware that all products, excluding undershirts, are non-refundable. We encourage you to review sizing and product details carefully before making a purchase, as no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
