Domestic Shipping

We offer sustainable shipping options to ensure minimal environmental impact. Orders are typically processed within 4 business days and shipped via Bosta.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by location. Estimated delivery time is 10 business days.
Please note that international customers may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes based on their country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • For expedited or express shipping options, we prioritize your order to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Tracking Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow up to 4 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, all underwear items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to all terms listed below.Our refund and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to ship the product.
  • Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Our returns policy is designed to be hassle-free, ensuring you have peace of mind when shopping with us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
